Rotating Shift Pattern | Monday to Friday
Working Hours - Rotating Shift Pattern
Week 1
- Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2
- Monday to Thursday: 12:30pm - 10:00pm

The Role
As an Assembly Technician, you'll play a key role in the assembly and manufacture of complex mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring products are built safely, accurately, and to the highest standards.
Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll be involved in every stage of the assembly process and contribute to the delivery of exceptional products for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble large electrical and mechanical components to specification
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and assembly instructions
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move and position components and assemblies
- Carry out mechanical assembly work to high quality standards
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement activities across the production department
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- No regular weekend working

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- At least 3 years' experience within assembly, mechanical fitting, or manufacturing environments
- Experience working from engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical engineering skills
- Experience operating overhead cranes (up to 120 tonnes desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive approach to health and safety
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
