Starting salary - £34,320 to increase to £37,011
Rotating Days & Afternoons | Monday to Friday

The Role
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and finishes to exact specifications. Working with a variety of materials, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding to fine tolerances (±1mm)
- Welding stainless steel and aluminium components
- Grinding and finishing welded products
- Polishing components to a high-quality standard
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintaining strict quality and safety standards at all times
Working Hours
Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)
Week 1
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 11:30
Week 2
- Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 11:00 - 16:30

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminium
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
- A strong commitment to quality and health & safety
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
